RCI Website Annoyances!

Every time I try to log into my reservation, it takes me to the customer support page.

 

IT IS SO ANNOYING.

 

It's happened before, but it's so frustrating!

Seems OK to me today. Logged in and looked at some reservations without a problem.

I just had that issue too. I went to Google and found the link directly to the login page. I was then able to get in.

This Canadian had no problem logging on. :o

 

Only issue is the same one I've had for all my cruises... the phantom data floating around my My Cruise account's guest profiles and my online check-in. One Guest's - or the Emergency Contact's - phone numbers showing up in another Guest's fields. Wrong birth dates. etc.

 

The best this time around was my request for table for 4 by a window that the customer service agent entered, "Wndow Tbl", showing up in the 'Food Allergy Description' field.

 

Everything works out in the end each cruise, so it's no big deal; just weird.
