Carib Princess-Western Carib-EXCURSIONS HELP!!!

Hello all. I've posted a couple of frantic questions here in the last couple of weeks, and have been so pleased (and relieved!)with the knowledgeable responses I've received...Now I've got another one for you...

We are sailing on the Caribbean Princess, Western Caribbean 7 day itinerary on July 30. This is only our 3rd cruise, but our group of nine (4 adults, mid 40's; 2 late teen boys; 2 mid-teen girls; 1 eight yr old boy) have left me in charge of booking excursions for the group...

SUGGESTIONS on the best excursion selections for this varied group??? Just one hint, the boys have enjoyed scuba and the girls liked to snorkel on our past trips. Please
