adelaidebrad Posted March 5, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2013 We're looking at doing a 7 day eastern cruise with carnival from san Juan, the last night is in St thomas, but i also want to visit Jost Van Dyke whilst we are in the carribean. My question is are we allowed to disembark a day early in BVI before the cruise ship comes back to san juan. we have stayed in St thomas previously, otherwise may prove too costly to fly back from san juan to st thomas. SadieN Posted March 5, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2013 Maybe. You need to contact Carnival. It's going to depend on whether or not the port has customs & immigration available. Your cruise will not be prorated.
Krazy Kruizers Posted March 5, 2013 #3 Share Posted March 5, 2013 Don't count on it. The ship needs to arrange customs and immigration for you -- plus you may also have to pay a fee to leave the ship early if permission is granted.
