Where is the best cabin for people with knee and back issues? I do not want the size of the Allure to scare me away? I want to be close to the MDR. Balcony ocean view preferred.

Look at the deck plans and decide which venues you are most likely to use most often. Then choose a cabin near the elevator bank that serves that area.

 

We found the aft elevators were good for us. We like the WJ, Boardwalk, Central Park and VC. That made it easier to access the areas we liked.

We like a Deck 6 Balcony near the elevators because you can ride up or down to just about everywhere.

Deck 6 would be my choice. You are on the same level as the Boardwalk, the Royal Promenade is one deck down, Central Park is 2 decks up. Get one close to the elevator and all is good.

We had 6676. It was perfect. Close to the elevators and the Boardwalk is right there. (which also has a great free coffee stand right there)

 

This cabin also has the bed near the balcony...not right on top of the closet...it was heaven

My vote is for deck 6, aft of the aft elevators. I was in that general area on the Oasis, and will be in that area again. As others have stated, directly above the main dining room. Close to Central Park, Royal Promenade, Casino and of course, the Boardwalk.
