Eastern Caribbean with 6 month old

My family and I will be cruising on RCL's Freedom of the Seas in June through the Eastern Caribbean itinerary. For those of you who have done this itinerary with an infant, do you have any excursion recommendations? We normally do a variety of excursions- some beach activities, some tours. Thanks in advance!
