If you buy cheers do you still get the match play in casino?

Just curious if anybody knows first hand if you still get the match play in the casino? I wouldnt think you would but wasnt sure

We were never given nor offered the match play. Of course the receipt never showed the required amount, so we never expected to get the match play.

I saw in another thread that a guy planned to use them but I dont think he knew what he was talking about. that kinda sucks if you cant though I always liked to sit down at the black jack table with a handfull of match plays

You could on the Breeze last week as the bartender was telling people to take advantage of it.

my understanding is you ask the bartender for the receipt. It should say "classic cocktail" or "Mojito" or whatever on it.

That same day you take it to the casino cash cage and exchange it for a $5 match play coupon. The coupons are only good on bets that are called "Even Money" bets (for ex: BlackJack, 7, 11, 2, 3 in Craps, Red or Black in Roulette, etc).

 

Personally I doubt if I am going to get the Cheers program. There are 3 of us in our cabin and my wife drinks like a baby bird and her sister not much more than that. At best I will probably get about 2 martinis or mojitos at dinner and maybe a few beers during the days. I just don't want to spend my entire week with my extended family on a bender ;)

Other posters have pointed out that recently you can get one for buying an 8.75 'Classic Cocktail' at any of the bars on board, not just the casino. YMMV.
