Cabin changes with Citi Thank You Points?

We paid for our cruise a few weeks ago with Thank You points. With the new sale Carnival is running, we could get an assigned ocean view for the same price we paid for an inside guarantee. Cruise leaves on April 22nd. Would it be possible to switch cabins to an outside?
