Leaving on Sept 18th Also.....I don't mind the 11th Deck...but wondering if Stbrd or Port is better with the trip down Inside Passage. Anyone know which side

of the ship would be better? for Inside Passage, for Glacier Bay/....etc

Trina--I think you are on the Port side with us. You actually be seeing both sides, as the ship is in reverse on the way back. In Glacier Bay, they usually turn the ship slowly so that everyone gets a look, but going up to the Lounge (Spinnaker?) on the upper decks is what most people do so that they can see the best, and/or out on deck. Then, when you get cold, go back and sit out on Balcony. That's what we did last year, and got to see the glacier calving about 100 tines while we were there. Look us up when aboard.

We wanted this cruise for the extra time in port. We plan to do excursions and see town....! However on the way up we go by sea to Alaska not the Inside Passage so do you think that Port would be better, our cabin is mid ship and Strbd? ANy Ideas?
