Best Light Weight Luggage

This skirts the outer limits of permitted without penalty fees but it is easy to overpack a 29" suitcase making it over 50 pounds.

I gave up using such large bags because they get too heavy.

I use Delsey duffles lately and love them. I've learned how to pack my DH's suit and my dresses in them just fine without them being wrinkled.

The best of all if Lucas, soft sided expandable garments bags that hold so much they, too, can be over packed if not careful. Those are fabulous bags IMO BUT they are not on wheels. Seeing we always have a porter at the docks and bellman in hotels, that works okay for us.

I got the Lucas garment bags on e-bay and was thrilled to find them. I had used those bags for years. They wore like iron but finally wore out and I could not replace them until I found them on e-bay. I will say the newer versions are not as quite well made as the older ones but so far mine are holding up fine. They weigh about 3 pounds empty.

Just curious... What the secret to packing a suit in a duffle ??

Any help would be appreciated :)
