I booked a suite on HAL and got the $300, but my sister just had a regular balcony cabin and only got $100. Same on Celebrity, I booked a Sky Suite and got the $300 and my sister booked a Concierge Class and only got $100. But, with all the lines I've been on, if you don't use the Am Ex money, you lose it.
