Can't say for the Epic but it has been my experience that the ships don't carry any brands in 100s.

They carry menthal 100's because I always get them for dog sitter.

Even if they typically carry certain brands/styles, it isn't guaranteed that they will have any of what you are looking for on your sailing. I have taken that for granted on many cruises and they didn't have what I wanted on my last one! I won't ever get on a ship again with only a part of one pack to my name...Of course if you are not a smoker and are wanting to purchase them for someone back home, that might not be important.

I find cruise line cigs to be stale. I quit two years ago, so I don't care now. But, "back when" I preferred to buy in ports duty free.
