rae.holmes Posted March 15, 2013 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2013 I am having a heck of a time, trying to find where I buy tickets from La Havre port to Paris. I know there is a free shuttle from La havre port to the train station, but after that I am completely lost! HELP!! What is the station called? Do y'all know where to buy tickets? Can we buy tickets there? If using the "Paris Pass", does this rail fall under the free metro?
Chloe1500 Posted March 15, 2013 #2 Share Posted March 15, 2013 You can buy tickets in advance on raileurope.com. The Le Havre train station is about a mile from the port. Most people take a taxi there. The Paris station you want is called Gare St-Lazare. It's about a two-hour trip one-way to Paris. The Paris Pass does not include the train trip from Le Havre. dogs4fun Posted March 16, 2013 #7 Share Posted March 16, 2013 You can go directly to the French TGV website. The English version is: http://www.tgv-europe.com/en/ All you need do is enter "Le Havre" & "Paris". It will show you the schedule/prices for the trains on a given day. :) jill
