Weather threshold for tendering

We will be rendering here next week on FOS an I have been checkin the weather. So far it looks beautiful!

 

For those with experience tendering here, does anyone know an estimated threshold on rain, wind, etc that would cause them to have to skip the port?

It is weather driven and depends not only on the wind/seas strength but in a large part what direction these are coming from. Georgetown is on the west side of the island so when the weather is out of the east, the ship area and Seven Mile Beach is "in the lee" and conditions are generally favorable. When things shift around and come from the west or the south it can become to ruff to safetly transfer folks to/fom the tenders . . .

 

I'm hopin' for good wx too tho as I'm heading down for a week of diving on Friday. When it is too ruff for tendering the diving typically stinks too
