St. Thomas rain?

I've heard about Caribbean weather - does it rain for a while then clear up? I'm headed to St. Thomas on Sunday and staying a week. Will I get any sun!!??

The liquid sunshine usually comes and goes very quickly. You might want to look it up on weather.com to see more up-to-date forecasts or the almanac of rain averages. We went to Magen's Bay on a rainy day, but when the rain cleared, all of about 6 of us were on the beach - which made it VERY nice.
