Shareholder Credit Back to Back Cruises

Looking at a 6 day Breeze followed by a 8 day Breeze for a total of 14 days.

 

6 day cruise gets a $50 OBC

8 day cruise gets a $100 OBC

14 day cruise gets a $250 OBC

 

I assume a back to back is considered 2 seperate cruises and I would not be able to get the $250 OBC but instead would have a $50 on the 6 day and a $100 on the 8 day

 

Can anyone comfirm this for me

That's right, it's considered two separate cruises.

We did a 8/7 a few years ago. DW called and was able to convince them to give us our shareholder credit of $250 like it was a 15 day.

 

She can be very persuasive ;)

Yep, the lovely Mrs. Jones did a 12 day Med cruise, back to back with the 15 day Trans Atlantic. She got $100 + $250. Very Nice Indeed! :D

we are doing 6 and an 8 on the breeze in 2+ weeks. Got a 50 and 100 credit. I called my pvp regarding this and he said it 2 separate cruises.

When we did a B2B on the Valor I called and they gave us the $250. On the Holiday we got $50 X2... depends on who you talk to, the phase of the moon, etc. :eek:

Lightening might strike occasionally, but I wouldn't bet on it. Which cruise got the OBC? I doubt whatever you didn't use on the first could be rolled over to the second.

The only way you would be certain to get the $250 is if both segments are booked under the same booking number. Some of the cruise lines combine segments and sell it as one cruise, but I don't know if Carnival does that.

That's a good point. We're doing a B2B next month. Do we have to exhaust all of the OBC from the first cruise before the second one starts? We cannot carry any forward?

DW called the customer service and asked for help with the shareholder credit. She was very nice and had no trouble at all. I don't think I would try a PVP.

 

We're doing two sevens in October, I'm betting she'll be able to do it again. :)
