Has anyone stopped here before a cruise? The hotel website indicates they don't hail yellow cabs from the hotel but you have to go 2 blocks away. That seems odd to me. How do you get to the Brooklyn cruise terminal and how far is it please.

call arecibo 7187836465 they will be there in 5 minutes or so...I know the hotel and cabs don't pass by...its a 10 minute ride to the cruise terminal. I suspect that Arecibo will charge about $10 or so.

BTW FWIW they are probably talking about walking to Flatbush avenue extension which has lots of traffic and cabs...going to and from Barcley Center...I would still call arecibo

Not that odd outside Manhattan, I can not hail a cab in my neighborhood in Brooklyn but there are very few area cabs yellow cabs cruise (pardon the pun) to be hailed outside of Manhattan. Flatbush Ave in downtown Brooklyn is one of them.

 

Brooklynites use car service (black car) the one recommended is excellent.
