Call to Godfrey? Cost?

Does anyone know how much a call to Godfrey would cost from midwest? I e'mailed him twice on his site and no answer. Time is short. I'd like a yes or no, to plan! Does anyone else just have his e-mail address? Sure appreciate your help.

If you have Sprint PCS (their nationwide network) the call to the US Virgin Islands is a local call - just like calling your nextdoor neighbor. (It's great to have when vacationing in St Thomas or St John - can keep in touch with home very easily.)

Thanks, we don't have sprint but do have verizon, so will check that out. Linda

Linda, on our Verizon plan, the USVI & Puerto Rico are part of the "free" long-distance coverage area.

Godfrey's numbers are:

Home Phone - 1-340-775-7243
Cell - 1-340-513-0193

... but I'm guessing you probably already knew that. As a favor to your fellow cruisers, how about writing back and letting us know how you made out with Godfrey, and if in fact the call was covered without additional expense on your Verizon plan? I just emailed Godfrey on Thursday night and he responded today (Saturday morning). I used the email address on his website. Try again.

Yeah, we called him and he called back this a.m. He didn't say if he had received our e'mail or not, (my girls talked to him) and he is a able to accomodate us. He said to e-mail him back the time. Could you give me an actual e-mail address? I just used the one that says reservations on his site, and I'm not sure it got to him. Anyhow thanks everyone. My advise is call, it was free on Verizon.
