Per Guest Relations, Luggage Valet is not available because there is a problem with the "system" as it was "not installed correctly". Not sure what system they refer to but if it is IT related, it's no surprise. They are aware that this is a disappointment to cruisers and seemed frustrated that it is not available. Seems like something you'd want to fix. Really enjoyed the cruise. Service was excellent and food in main dining room was very good. Cruise Director was Lisa Richards who was also very good.
