I'm interested in martial arts for fitness and flexibility but am an older lady (65). Im interested in your opinion. What would be a good "starter" for me?

There are so many forms of martial arts, I am sure you can find one you like. I am 49, and took my first class at 45. I also have fibromyalgia so I have some physical limitations. Most instructors are really good at modifying things for me. Check out the schools in your area, most of them will offer a couple of free classes to let you try it. If there is an ATA school in your area, they are really good. Let me know what you find.
