Renting a Car at Pier 66 Seattle

Does anyone know if it is possible to rent a car at the Bell Street Pier in Seattle? When we disembark from the Star on Sunday, 8/14 we'd like to rent a car to drive out to Mt. Rainier. Any ideas?

 

Also, I have rooms booked at the Holiday Inn Express near the Space Needle. Anyone have any thoughts? SHould I change hotels? We're coming in on Saturday, 8/6 so I have a room for one night and then again for two nights when we return.
