RCCL: Catamaran or Buck Island

Will be sailing on AOS 6/13. What's the difference between the Catamaran sail and snorkle and the Buck Island excursion. Where does the "Catamaran" take you to? Do they both go to St. John's? Please, anyone who has taken these excursions, share your experiences. I'm exhausted with all the possibilities for St. Thomas.

I'm not sure of the difference but we did the snorkel trip to Buck Island and really enjoyed it. So much so that we've done it twice.
