What about the platinum deal with all these cancellations ?

So if someone had been scheduled on the Triumph for April, for example, and it was to be their 10th cruise, which they would become platinum on, and now it is cancelled, and the people cannot cruise again till after Dec 31,2013 , which is the deadline, will Carnival extend the offer since it their fault ?

I think they would if it can be proven you had number 10 booked and they canceled it. :)

You can ask JH and he might answer but I would make a copy of his answer if he states yes. Carnival sometimes forgets things.

I did ask him about a month ago. Trying to find it. But the response I received was he did not know. Give him a week and he will check into it.

 

Never saw anything since. Maybe if more people ask, they'll get a better response.
