Changing booking question

For the first time in recent memory I did not book the ES rate.

We got a better cabin at a better rate by using the Casino Rate.

 

Now that rates have dropped dramatically, a balcony cabin is cheaper than I paid for an OV.

I know I am not eligible for a price drop, but if i call my PVP can I upgrade to a balcony at no extra charge?

We did not book early saver on our next cruise. However, our PVP has been kind enough to upgrade our cabin twice for us, due to the sales.

I would call and ask. The worst that can happen is they say no. I personally think they will work with you as long as it is just a good rate you booked under. If there is OBC attached to your booking then that will probably be a deal breaker. Goi d luck and let us know what happens.
