New Menu Names - i.e. Basil, etc

How many different menus are there? I have seen seven:

Mojo

Saffron

Jasmine

Pimento

Shiitake

Basil

Pomodoro

 

If there are more than that, does anyone know what they are and what is on them? If not, then for a 9 night cruise do they just repeat 2?
