Question about RIL/Smart Cruise Tours/Other Private Tours

For those of you who have participated in private tours or have been the group leader for private tours.....was everyone asked to meet at a specific place on the ship at 7:30 am or did everyone simply show-up outside at 8am and look for the van/bus ???

 

Looking for some suggestions. I am the "leader" (I suppose) for 2 RIL tours I have arranged - groups of 8 and for 1 Smart Cruise Tour - a group of 19.

 

Any suggestions as to how to make this smooth for all involved would be fantastic. Thank you!

When we've done private tours with a group, we have arranged to meet in a public spot on the ship at a certain time. Then we all leave the ship together to find the private driver.
