Preferred Lounge in Seattle??

Is there a Preferred seating area in Seattle?

There was no preferred lounge as I recall. Someone walked through where we were seated and called out for Preferred Boarding to follow her. Then they just took us straight on to the ship. I remember because it was to be the first time I would have preferred boarding and I didn't get to feel special enough. :rolleyes:

I have literally never stood in a queue to board in Seattle in several sailings. It just moves remarkably smoothly.

No lounge and no snacks. As of last September, you are seated in a separate area in a large warehouse style room. Just before boarding, they have the Elites go out one door and line up outside and then the Platinums line up behind them. All passengers who need wheelchair assistance are wheeled up the ramp to board. Then the Elites and Platinums board. All others went out a second door and waited in line until after the Platinums boarded.

I certainly have not seen a lounge or roped off area at Pier 91.

My DW and I have never had to wait I'm Seattle but I have not seen a preferred waiting area.

Last September they had a separate seating area by the door for preferred. Nothing special, but away from the large groups.

As others have said, they board you promptly.

 

I have never waited, departing 5 different times from Seattle.

 

Arriving at the pier about noon, I have never had any problems.
