Booking Getaway fare on board?

Does anyone know if Getaway fares can be booked whilst on board? And if so, are we likely to be offered OBC or other incentive, or just the straight-up Getaway fare with no frills?

They're not going to offer OBC on Getawy fares wherever you book them.

Perhaps no-one actually knows, but I'd doubt it as well. Getaways are already heavily discounted and I've never come across one that had any extra inducements offered by either Cunard or travel agents.
