Need information badly on cruise tours

I need help from anyone who has been on a cruise tour to Alaska before

 

Trying to figure out how much extra cash we have to take on our cruise tour for the extras

 

We are on the train three times during our cruise tour - are meals included on the train or do you pay extra

 

Most hotels offer continental breakfast - is that the case on a cruise tour - we are figuring on lunch and supper on the land portion

 

As meals can expensive in Alaska we are trying to figure out what is included and what is extra.

 

Any other expenses that we need to consider besides souvenirs, excursions that anyone can think of

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated - we have done the cruise before so know the costs there just unsure about the land portion
