Norwegian Epic - HC Access to La Cucina?

We are considering a future cruise on Norwegian Epic. In looking at the deck plans, I can't tell how someone using a scooter or wheelchair would access La Cucina, the specialty Italian restaurant.

The restaurant is located at the very front of Deck 14; the only access marked on the deck plan is a stairway from the Garden Café on Deck 15, above. Passenger cabins are immediately aft of the restaurant on 14. Does anyone who has been on the ship know if you can access the restaurant from Deck 14? Or is this one of the spots on the ship that is not accessible?

Thanks for any help past Epic cruisers can provide.

Your correct It's located downstairs and is quite nice.

I'm guessing that there should be a service elevator (kitchen) that staff can escort you down. If you don't get an answer here ask when you board at reception.

You can also access it from Deck 14 -- but you have to down the hall past the staterooms. The halls are narrow, but doable. Probably the easiest would be to take the aft elevator to the 14 deck and then go to the restaurant. The crew can help you.
