Ordering gifts to be delivered to room

Cakes and other food items/trays...if you pre-order it, will it be in the room when you arrive, or do they serve it in the MDR?

 

Can you order gifts to be sent to other staterooms?

When I ordered on the Fantasy, they asked which day (and time, if I remember correctly) that I wanted items delivered. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for embarkation day which were there when we arrived at the stateroom. About 2 days later had a Corona gift basket delivered to the room. Both arrived as scheduled and ordered.

 

I also ordered a cake for a co-cruiser to be served to her at dinner on her birthday, & it came right on time in the MDR.

Can you order gifts to be sent to other staterooms?

 

Yes. In Oct 2011, my mom ordered a birthday cake and wine for me, and they were in my room when I arrived. :D

 

She was in a different stateroom.
