Looking for something different to do?

I will be going to St. Maarten on a Sunday, so I guess shopping is not a good option. I have been to the island a zillion times and am looking for something different to do. I have done the island tour, snorkeling, french side, Pinel Island, beach by the airport, etc...Any thoughts???

I went to Loterie Farm for the first time last summer and it is beautiful. You can hike, or zip line or spend the day by the beautiful pool and have lunch in the trees!
