If you are talking about http://www.fratarcangelincc.it/. Yes. We used them our Norwegian Jade cruise on March 27 - April 6. We used them both ways. Transfer from FCO to pier and a whole day sight seeing tour then to the airport. Our driver was Pauli (spelling) and he was great, taking us to some vantage points with entir city/Vetcan views, dropping us off very close to each attraction and save us lots walk. We booked our transfers online and paid cash after the service. We are very happy with their service.

On the side note, we can't say the same about Rome airport though. Since the cruise line discouraged us booking any flight befor 11:00 am on our disembarkation day. We booked the next flight available at 6:10am the next morning. We headed straight to the airport thinking we'ld just have dinner, rest, and play cards and wait for our flight there instead of checking into a hotel and getting up in the middle of the night and hiring a taxi to the airport. The Rome airport waiting area only has a few metal benches that were very uncomfortable. While playing cards, we were kicked out of the areas where there were tables because the restaurants closed at 9:00pm. Worse, at 1:00 am, we were told by the security guard we had to leave to go to Terminal 3 because Terminal 1 where we were were closing. We couldn't check in until 3 hrs before the flight. There were no tram/bus or inside passage, so we had to haul our luggages 2 blocks outside in the cold to Terminal 3. At 4:00am when Terminal 1 reopened, they did not open all doors, they opened only the one door furthest from Terminal 3. So we had to haul our luggages 4 blocks this time to get back into Terminal 1. Obviously, customer service is not high on their mind!! I am posting this as a precaution for fellow travelers in case you are planning to have a long layover at Rome airport.
