Looking for Dolphin Swim???

My family will be on the Jewel on January 15th. Having never taken the Eastern Caribbean I am looking for advice on what others have done in St. Johns and St. Thomas and San Juan, specifically, I have a daughter who has always wanted to do the "Swim with Dolphins". Does anyone know if that is available on any of these islands? Thanks for any information!
