Weather forecasts onboard??

Is there a way to see a weather forecast onboard? I've seen CNN, and movie channels but nothing where I can check whether I need to take meclizine that night or not :o

On some ships, I have seen printed forecasts for the day either at the Guest Services desk or near the MDR entrance in the morning.

On some ships, sometimes, the Captain (who is very hard to understand, so listen intently) will announce the current weather conditions and the forecast for the port the ship is going to...

The captain will periodically make announcements concerning the weather and sea conditions but there is no weather channel on the tv. I usually check the long range forecast a day or two before leaving home to get an idea of how the weather will be for the length of the cruise and also in the ports.

if there is a funhub on board they usually list upcoming weather forecasts. As for meclazine? No weather report will really help you with a rocky boat. To be safe that if a day ahead of your cruise than at least once a day while on board...I take mec at night works like a charm
