Air deviation to a different city

Hi -

I thought I would ask the experts on this thread. We normally do our own air, but we booked the "Radiant Retreats" itinerary in October, 2014, from Montreal to Miami and we booked the "free" air with the intent of doing an air deviation. We could ask our TA but I thought I would check in here with the question and I'm too lazy (actually, stupidly busy at work) to search for other threads. Can we fly into a different city with the air deviation? We have never been to Toronto, so we thought we would fly there, spend some time, then drive to Ottawa and on to Montreal.

I took an air deviation for my Copenhagen to London cruise. I wanted to spend a week in London before the cruise, so I picked flights to and from Heathrow. No problem flying into a different city- we just made it to Copenhagen on our own.
