krispykreme97 Posted April 16, 2013 #1 Share Posted April 16, 2013 So carnival cancelled my shore excursion Ultimate Island Tour saying the tour is no longer being offered by the ship, however, it is still listed under shore excursions but anyhow has anyone done the screaming eagle jet or should I just stick with the paradise point ride. Traveling with two kids ages 11 and 4 if that helps, realize the 4 year old will not be able to do this one but that's ok.
blue_water Posted April 16, 2013 #2 Share Posted April 16, 2013 PP is a nice spot to relax after an excursion and before returning to the ship, while the SE is a more adventurous excursion so very different options. There are also island charter tours you can take like Air Force One if you still want a tour. The tour and a stop at PP after might be a good day. There's also the Magic Ice exhibit in town (you can Google that) and other ideas depending on what interests you most?
Ms411 Posted April 17, 2013 #3 Share Posted April 17, 2013 With a 4 year old you might want to consider the family friendly options offered through the ship or through other online booking agencies. Your 4 year old will love a trip to Coral World, and you can snorkel or do other activities at Coki Beach next door. Coral World owns the Butterfly Garden, and those attractions appeal to families. Other family friendly tours are the kayak tours in the mangrove lagoon, and any excursion to Magens Bay beach. If you're docking at Crown Bay, Emerald Beach is family friendly. cynthialanderson67 Posted May 8, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 8, 2013 Go look up Coral World. Both your 11 and 4 year old will love it. Sea turtles, fish, sharks, and other marine animals. Lot like a water zoo. Plus some great activities right there too.
