SusieV Posted June 16, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2005 My inlaws are going on their first cruise for their 25th anniversary and booked an oceanview on Elation. I've never cruised Carnival, so I can't tell them much. What sorts of things can you tell me about the Elation for first time Carnival cruisers? They're departing out of Galveston on the Western Caribbean itinerary. Thanks, Susie
mummy Posted June 16, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 16, 2005 The Elation is a great ship. I sailed on her in October 2003, and I'm sailing on her again in January 2006. October is a beautiful month to sail. I posted a review on my webpage. They can read it here to get a feel for the atmosphere on the ship: http://www.suzilem.com/elation.html
