Montreal and Quebec side trips

Hello,

We usually use local people for side trips when we cruise so we were wondering if any of you have used locals in Montreal or Quebec? We are on and east coast cruise in October and would like to try other side trips besides the ones the cruise line offers. Have any of you used people beside the cruise tour groups and could make a recommendation on who to use?

We used Vieux Quebec tours which is a bus tour but prefered the itinerary to the ship's tour & it was less expensive. They picked us up across the street from the pier & we enjoyed their "A Fabulous Country Tour" very much.
