HookedAfterOne Posted April 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted April 19, 2013 My sisters and I are sailing on the Zuiderdam soon ... we have 3 adjacent rooms with verandahs ... is there a way to convert our three separate verandahs into one big one that we all share? Now wouldn't that be neat? Thanks for the answer(s)!
B Russo Posted April 19, 2013 #2 Share Posted April 19, 2013 Yes they can open the partitions to each one. Bill
sapete Posted April 19, 2013 #3 Share Posted April 19, 2013 Yes they can be opened, but not the whole thing (probably about 2/3). Plenty enough to pass through and give the impression of a single verandah.
jtl513 Posted April 19, 2013 #4 Share Posted April 19, 2013 About 1/3 will open. Your steward will have the "key"
HookedAfterOne Posted April 19, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted April 19, 2013 Well that's a bit of good news I wasn't expecting ... now is this something that we will be able to do on our own, do we request it ahead of time or do we just let the room steward know? Thanks again for all the prompt replies ... I just love the Cruise Critic community and the wealth of knowledge available for the asking!

sail7seas Posted April 19, 2013 #7 Share Posted April 19, 2013 Your steward will do it for you. It requires a small tool.
