orlando-Carnival transfer

Hi, We are arriving at Orlando airport day before our cruise and staying at the Embassy suites by the airport. We booked the Carnival transfer from the airport to the ship. So we will take the free hotel shuttle back to the airport in the morning. My question is at what time is the earliest shuttle? On our Carnival ticket it says 7:30 to 1:30 but on another thread I saw 10:00 for the first shuttle.

Has anyone taken the Carnival shuttle? When is the first one? Will there be tons of people trying to get on the first shuttle, should we get to the airport early ( and what time would early be?)?

It'll just be my mom and me and we didn't want to rent a car or bother with a private shuttle as we don't have a US cell phone which they all request on the reservation form.

Carnival charges 35$ per person which isn't too bad, I guess.

Any info would be great, thanks.
