Will there be tours available at pier in Quebec City?

We will be overnighting in Quebec City on the Maasdam in mid May. Will there be tours available at the pier if we want to skip the ship tours? Is there a visitor center nearby? I know it is a walking city but would like a short tour. Thanks.

When will you be in Quebec on the Maasdam?

There is a company called Voir Quebec which will meet cruise ship passengers right near the pier if enough people sign up. I initially registered the 2 of us and asked about this.

About a month later I got an email telling me they would start the tour at 9am at the pier instead of the prior regular meeting time at 10am in town.

We are there on June 30 if that helps at all. We sail from Montreal on June 29.
