Okay so there is Hat Lady, now sitting on the Ice at the Martini Bar (The Bar itself is a sheath, or layer of ice) and her Tushee gets stuck on the bar and Jerome and I have to unstick her little Heine with some sort of decorum. It was like getting my tongue stuck to a pole in the winter time…..Oh My! This was too much excitement for one night, and since it was around 11:30 PM I decided to go in to the Casino and Jerome went up to bed.

This was just too funny. Wish you had posted a picture of the Hat Lady.

Thank you for the picture of Andres! At least I know where to go and whom to go to get a vodka martini.

You've mentioned the, now, infamous hat lady a few times. Happen to have a picture of her? Please FULLY clothed!

As I mosey up to the Stateroom, and as I am continue to explore the surroundings along the way, I keep coming across lots of “Friends of Dorothy”. (If you don’t know what that means, well, go ask your mother.)

Ok, I have to admit I did not know what this meant and seeing as how I didn't know what "Friends of Bill W" meant either I figured it was time to google. Got answers on both.

Love your review! I'm only on the 2nd page and wishing that I had a cruise booked on Reflection.

So glad you finally tinkled JW as I was running out of alcohol every time you said that word :p :D

Me toooooo :D

Totally cracking up about the hot dog & mustard - I will not tell my husband that, because it's something he would do (yes even now)

…”Oh, there it is!” I exclaimed, “Yes, Deck 6, Deck 7, Deck 8...that’s it!” I was counting the decks up from the aft of the ship. We were in Stateroom 8338 Port side, and this is the last balcony at the end of the ship before the round window of the corner Sky Suite. Hurry up, I said to myself, I really have to Tinkle!

I am totally loving your review. But, I do have to ask you if you had trouble locating stateroom 8338 on the port side. And, if you did was it caused by tee many martooni's or having to tinkle so bad.

Can't wait for the rest of the review. :D

I've been waiting for this review, too. By the time I saw it just now, I felt as though I was left on the dock watching her sail away. Fortunately I was able to hop a tender and catch up. Fun!

I always thought the tinkling of the glasses came first...

(Memo to file: You don't want to establish a perfect seal when seated.)

In addition to all the joie de vivre, thanks for the tip about dropping your luggage first and then going to your parking lot. That makes a lot more sense than loading everything out & onto a van then out again. (We'll be driving down from the Ocala area.)

Can I just say; you are very entertaining, and since I like watching people, you would be the one I'd be watching :o if our paths would ever cross.

I am enjoying your review, and it is making me laugh out loud.

Thanks for the humor

I can't tell you how many cruises I have done that on. They even put me up on stage one night on a Carnival ship years ago.....brought the house down, and then everywhere I went, someone would inevitably shout out "Hey JW, still looking for the Mustard Station?"

Is it on the Starboard? Who knew? We were Port out and Starboard Home, or so I thought......or do I have that bass-ackwards? Too funny. In any case, finding the room was easy. Get off on deck 8 and as long as I was on the even number side, I just had to go to the back (Aft) of the ship and our room was the last one in the hallway on the Left. A couple of times I ended up in front (or Forward) but I quickly learned that the ship's diagram on the wall, always faces forward, so I needed to remember to go to the "Rear".....:D

It truly makes it easier and it's also considerate. With us living in Florida and driving to the port, we have the luxury of bringing an extra bag or six. (One for my shoes you know!) If the van is full of luggage, someone may be left behind for the next run. Plus, while everyone else is scouring around getting their luggage tagged and turned in, we walk directly into the building thru security. Easy Breezy.

I've booked Reflection and will be disappointed if I don't have the fun that you had. I have the 123 Go package! Thanks for your review.

Don't worry, I can assure you that all the bar staff told us that this season was the most fun they had working on a Celebrity ship because of the 1,2,3, Drunk program. It livened the place up! You will have a blast and trust me, you will not be the only one on the program either! Half the ship will be 1,2,3-ing it up! This program provided Celebrity with a slightly younger demographic that likes to have fun without all the wet tee shirt contests and hairy chest contests and such. Nothing really obnoxious, just Martini fun! Plus if someone did not want to be a part of the fun, well, then they just went to bed!

Errrrr, ummmmm, ahhhhhhh, not exactly. Your cabin was actually starboard out and starboard home. Unless of course you switched cabins mid-stream - so to speak, and moved to the other side. Not to worry though, it all has to do with nautical tecno-jargon. Starboard is always on the right side of the ship facing forward.

I know that feeling. I just finished my fifth cruise on a Solstice class ship. Additionally, I spend a 28 year career in the U.S. Navy, but there were times when I got off the damnable elevators and headed in the wrong direction. Course now, this was the first time I had the premium drink package, but I don't think that would have anything to do with it, do you.

Cool! How on earth did you get all the bartenders in one place for that photo! I don't recall seeing Andres back in January but our hangout was the Molecular Bar which was certainly tame compared to the exploits you describe at the martini Bar:D

Was Toobee still at Sunset Bar?

Now that I think about it, everytime I saw you walking down the hall, it was Jerome leading the way. At least he's got a sense of direction.

Well now I have the giggles. I am reading and laughing and reading and laughing and I think dh thinks I've had one too many already this evening. This is better than anything on TV. All I can say it that should we ever end up on the same cruise - it would be a big BONUS!!!
