Outdoor running on the Majesty?

I'm a runner and just read that I couldn't run on the Promenade deck until after 10 a.m. Is there another outside track on the upper level sports deck, or do I have to use the treadmills in the gym for earlier morning running?

 

In addition, how is the gym on the Majesty? Does it get crowded, and does it have ample equipment? (Although, I'm sure I'll get enough exercise lifting my glass to my mouth!:p )
