Getaway Questions!

DH and I just booked for 11/2014 on Getaway. This will be our first NCL experience as I have been wanting to try NCL for a long time. However, I just read something that MAY cause me concern.

 

I know all ships are geared for the kids (we are in are late 50's) and that doesn't bother us, but from what I just read, maybe it is geared MORE towards kids than the usual?

 

Anyway know anything about this?

I'm pretty sure they are making sure they get their share of families onboard. But, if you have booked a week when school is in session, you should see a minimal amount of kids onboard. I'll be sailing the Getaway in Aug 2014. I'm fairly certain, I'll see WAY more kids then than you will in November. :D
