Formal nights on Liberty?

We would like to reserve the steakhouse while on our Liberty cruise, but we don't want to make it on the formal night. Are there one or two "formal" nights on the 7 night Liberty sailing? (Western itinerary) And what nights are they on? I've seen posts about people eating in the steakhouse on the first night because they give a free bottle of wine. Is that true? Thanks for your replies!:)

Cruise Elegant night is Sun/Thursday and yes you do get a free bottle of wine if you dine in the Steakhouse the first night :)
