doesn't charge (except for tax and port charges) for a 5 month old. i was appauled that carnival wanted to charge me 950.00 for my daughter.

Carnival is not the only cruiselines that charge for babies. Mostly they are a third person regardless of the age.

 

And you will need to look and see if a cruise line will allow your baby to cruise. age limit vary at 4 months - 6 months.

 

Norweign Cruiselines babies under 2 will be paying port and taxes. As I think Disney does too. But check the age for those 2 lines.
