thanks everyone.. all in all the ship was amazing and the crew was grrreeaattt. there is always room for improvement, but i am overall content with carnival and the breeze (other than the beds)

Good Morning Miami!!!!

 

Debarkation was fast and easy. We did the self serve and highly recommend it to others who don't need assistance. I travel with a raised seal birth certificate and the customs guy was a you know what. He asked me what time I was born at.. I told him I don't know because I couldn't comprehend anything at that point in life. He was a blooming idiot and giving everyone a hard time while others were just breezing through the lines.

& I might have to look into buying your camera for my trip. The pictures came out amazing.

ANother thing that happened that really upset us was the last night of the cruise. I was asleep and my boyfriend was watching tv. All of a sudden some employee just walked into the room?? It was not our room steward. The employee did not even attempt to knock on the door and this was at 10:30pm. We called guest services to complain and they said they would investigate and no one ever contacted us back :rolleyes: Uncalled for and there is no excuse.

 

Wow this is WAY out of line! I'm sure it was some kind of mistake, but still...did they even apologize or act like they were embarrassed or anything? :eek:

I cannot think of any reason for someone to enter a guest room unannounced.
