Anyone else having difficulty contacting Indy Concierge?

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone else in the past week or so has been able to contact Raj, the concierge on Independence.

I have tried a couple of times to email him but not had a reply.

I am aware the ship is in dry dock and that the works include internet, but I have had a standard auto email from him, introducing himself and is there anything he can do to help before our upcoming cruise, I have even tried replying to that but not had a reply at all.

Is it just me?

I suspect he will reply once the ship has finished it's refit....?

 

Failing that try emailing the ship and ask what's going on!

Its just that we go on Saturday and the excitement is building.

On my last Indy cruise this past December, he finally replied to my email the day before the ship sailed. Check your email this Thursday or Friday.
