Anyone else having difficulty contacting Indy Concierge?

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone else in the past week or so has been able to contact Raj, the concierge on Independence.

I have tried a couple of times to email him but not had a reply.

I am aware the ship is in dry dock and that the works include internet, but I have had a standard auto email from him, introducing himself and is there anything he can do to help before our upcoming cruise, I have even tried replying to that but not had a reply at all.

Is it just me?

I suspect he will reply once the ship has finished it's refit....?

 

Failing that try emailing the ship and ask what's going on!
