Valor Time of orientation first night

We are on the Valor on June 2nd and wanted to know what time the orientations are for the children. One person on our roll call saw a Funtimes with 8PM as the time, but I've seen a Funtimes listin 10 and 10:30 as the meeting times. We're trying to organize a meet and greet so would like to know what time it is so we can work around it. Has anybody been on this itinerary the past couple of weeks that had children attend orientation?
