If you come into the Puerto Maya Pier (CCL) there is a very nice shopping area and we love to go to Pancho's Backyard for lunch/margaritas that overlooks a beach area...very relaxing. On our last visit to Coz we came into the International pier and scootered the couple blocks over to Puerto Maya to enjoy the ambience of Panch's.

IMO it is fairly easy to get a taxi close to the pier, and the taxidrivers are more than accomodating to load your wheelchair for you. I was just passing this on, so maybe you can explore more options than staying real close to pier. Have a good cruise
